Rodizio Grill is the first authentic Brazilian Steakhouse in the United States. It was establish in 1995 by founder and President Ivan Utrera, a native Brazilian born in Sao Paulo. Rodizio Grill is an award-winning restaurant featured in many national media.

This was the second restaurant design I’ve ever worked on, so I wanted it to standout from the rest. The locations and food for Rodizio look amazing, and I wanted visitors to instantly see that. I incorporated their great images into each page, also giving each page a different feel. I also mocked up a mobile version of their site to go with the main design.

This project was really fun, mainly because I love the MVC universe. It’s predecessor, Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes was one of my favorite games in the arcade.

This particular design was for an independent retailer of the game. It was intended to be a landing page that would then allow customer to purchase the game from their online store. I wanted to showcase the popular heroes from the game so every page has a unique background character. In the end both myself and client were really happy with the result.

This particular project was 100% just for fun. It never really saw the light of day and has been sitting on my hard drive.

I designed an interface for what I guess would be something like what the Apple TV offers. I mocked up a few different versions as well as the screen for the movie/media library. I started on an iOS version of it but it was never completed.

The Harlem Health Promotion Center (HHPC) is a collaboration of community, academic, and public health stakeholders which uses research, education, advocacy, and service delivery to improve the health and well-being of the Harlem community.

Planet Water is the first non-profit organization I had the pleasure of working with. This was also my first attempt at a grunge style type of design.

I wanted to give Planet Water a bold design that could really get their message across. This organization and everything they do truly deserves to get attention.

I was very happy with the results and that I was able to work with an organization like this.

When I decided to design this UI my bank, Bank of Montreal, was the only bank left that didn’t have an iPhone app. Now they do. Feel free to download it here

I wanted to design an app that was different from all the other mobile banking apps currently available, yet still easy for even the beginner iPhone user to use. This project was just for fun and I was not commissioned by BMO, Bank of Montreal or any of it’s affiliates.

Make ringtones on your iPhone. Simple. This particular UI is a rather old one. In fact, I think it’s one of the first iPhone apps I worked on. It was originally designed as an entry for an online contest. I unfortunately didn’t win, and the contest holder opted for another UI.

Recently though, I was contacted by a company interested in developing my version of the app . I was tasked with redesigning some of the elements as well as creating a retina version of the UI.

To say I enjoy the Call of Duty series is a bit of an understatement. I can’t even recall how many hours I’ve sunk into Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, let alone it’s predecessor. I love killing zombies in Call of Duty: Black Ops. So basically, I really like the games.

Call of Duty: Elite is a new service launching along side the franchises latest installment, Modern Warfare 3. It allows users to “play together better”. I created mockups for all of the major elements of the UI. I can’t wait for this app to be released so I can see it in action, nor can I wait for Modern Warfare 3 to release so I can start kicking ass on that.

Did you know sloths are in trouble? I do now. Sloth Sanctuary of Costa Rica. This is the second non profit organization that I’ve had the pleasure of working with. The problem this organization had with their current site was simple. It was very, very outdated.

I gave them am effective, yet eye catching design. Not only that, but I integrated the entire design into Word Press to help the team members of the organization to quickly and easily manage their content.

Sloths are actually kind of cute. However, I’m still more of a dog person.

GiftSend is cool little app, it allows you to send all sorts of gifts to friends and family. It also has a bit of a social network vibe; with leader boards and profiles.

This is definitely one of the largest projects I’ve worked on. I worked with the company’s developer from day one to make sure they were getting exactly what was needed. I provided them with UI elements for both standard and retina displays. Expect this app to launch in the app store soon!

What’s next? Perhaps an iPad version?
