This particular UI is a rather old one. In fact, I think it’s one of the first iPhone apps I worked on. It was originally designed as an entry for an online contest. I unfortunately didn’t win, and the contest holder opted for another UI.

Recently though, I was contacted by a company interested in developing my version of the app . I was tasked with redesigning some of the elements as well as creating a retina version of the UI.

Hopefully we’ll see this app available in the app store soon! After all, who doesn’t like creating custom ringtones on their iPhone, right?

To say I enjoy the Call of Duty series is a bit of an understatement. I can’t even recall how many hours I’ve sunk into Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, let alone it’s predecessor. I love killing zombies in Call of Duty: Black Ops. So basically, I really like the games.

Call of Duty: Elite is a new service launching along side the franchises latest installment, Modern Warfare 3. It allows users to “play together better”. I created mockups for all of the major elements of the UI. I can’t wait for this app to be released so I can see it in action, nor can I wait for Modern Warfare 3 to release so I can start kicking ass on that.

Sloth Sanctuary of Costa Rica. This is the second non profit organization that I’ve had the pleasure of working with. The problem this organization had with their current site was simple. It was very, very outdated.

I gave them am effective, yet eye catching design. Not only that, but I integrated the entire design into Word Press to help the team members of the organization to quickly and easily manage their content.

Sloths are actually kind of cute. However, I’m still more of a dog person.

So what happens when your friend orders a $20 horse mask and then realizes it’d be funny to do everyday things in it? Nothing. What happens when a group of friends has a day off and nothing better to do? Horsebliss.com is what happens.

This is a joint project between myself, my friend Dave Dunville, and my friend Iskander Ben Amor. We were sitting in the living room; when an idea was born. Combining my ninja design skills, Dave’s uber pro video skills, and Iskander’s elegant photography skills we came up with an idea that would change the world for the better.

GiftSend is cool little app, it allows you to send all sorts of gifts to friends and family. It also has a bit of a social network vibe; with leader boards and profiles.

This is definitely one of the largest projects I’ve worked on. I worked with the company’s developer from day one to make sure they were getting exactly what was needed. I provided them with UI elements for both standard and retina displays. Expect this app to launch in the app store soon!

What’s next? Perhaps an iPad version?
